This is an exciting, newly created role. As Data and CRM officer you will be responsible for defining good data management across the marketing department. You’re work closely with a dedicated project team to help put in place data management and a CRM data management system. You’ll be the linchpin of the team – the ‘go to‘ data person – you’ll oversee data management, ensuring it’s compliant with legal and data protection regulations.
I’m looking for a data/CRM officer (executive) who has gained some previous experience in B2B/membership marketing department. You would have had exposure to managing end to end data process and systems - this experience could be as a product provider, third party administration organistion, in-house or via a consultancy. You will have detailed understanding of database marketing and knowledge of how to manage data, including understanding of regulatory and legal issues (specifically UK Data Protection Act, General Data Protection Regulation, Privacy or Electronic Communications Regulations).
You will have a high attention to detail, advanced MS office and excel skills and strong CRM skills ideally within Microsoft dynamics.
