Content Producer – Financial Services Communications

Great opportunity for a Content Producer to play a key role in the investment communications of a leading financial services company. 

As a digital native, you will be helping to transform and build their investment content in an engaging way across web and social media.

The Role

Sat within the investment team the Content Producer will help to establish the reputation of the company by raising investment awareness, publishing regular updates on investment performances and developing investment strategy.  You’ll be a ‘storyteller’ someone who understands how to take technical information and make it as engaging as possible to wide audiences.  I’m not necessarily looking for a Content Writer/Editor with investment experience more someone who understands what good, appealing content looks like – you could come from a tech, financial services or charity background.

Day to day you will:

  • Work with marketing team to transform investment area of website and build social media profile of the investment team
  • Proactively plan and manage the creation of engaging investment content for multiple channels (Twitter, Linked In etc).
  • Produce content for presentations
  • Manage the investment team’s presence at external events

About You

I’m looking for a Content Producer who’s keen to forge a career in financial communications.  You’ll have front line experience of working on digital communications including generating engaging web and social media content.  You will be adept at presenting technical content in a user-friendly way for a large variety of audiences.  You’ll have a track record of delivering creative projects that engage audiences in unusual and interesting ways.  You’ll have excellent communications and PowerPoint skills.

As well as helping to deliver an extremely beneficial FS product, you will have the opportunity to work with a great team of investment managers and marketers and be at the very heart of future communication strategy.
