Marketing & Events Executive

The Company

One of the world’s largest multi-level marketing companies and sellers of skin care and colour cosmetics with over 50 years’ experience creating cutting-edge Beauty and Cosmetics products for women around the globe, they are looking for an ambitious marketing executive to support the company’s marketing campaigns, communications and events.

The Role

This is an opportunity to work alongside an experienced marketing team to create effective communications strategies, marketing and PR initiatives and coordinate a wide range of events from conferences to glamourous parties, to promote an already hugely successful brand.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Working on a range of communications including content creation, coordination of design and printing, managing publications, proof reading and being a point of contact for the Sales and Operations teams.
  • Creating a customised events program tailored to accommodate the needs of each event, liaising with suppliers to organise all event logistics, collating feedback and reporting, event design and AV requirements.
  • Online content creation and management of websites and social media, E-newsletter and email campaigns.
  • Developing a clear marketing campaigns to drive product focus to the Sales Force (CRM) through monthly campaigns and provide all supporting literature.

About You

You will have marketing experience ideally incorporating events. You will be a strong communicator with experience coordinating a wide range of PR and marketing activities, a deadline driven and highly competent copywriter who has previously worked in a relevant FMCG sector. It is essential that you are highly organised, self-motivated and enjoy working as part of a team.

Key Requirements

  • Previous marketing campaign management
  • Marketing or Communications Qualification or equivalent experience
  • Ideally experience in the Cosmetics, Fragrance or FMCG sectors
  • Adobe PhotoShop and InDesign
  • Experience in a similar (direct selling) organisation advantageous
  • Good communicator and team-player
  • Previous exposure to events
  • Confident with high volume workloads and tight deadlines
