Our client is a (if not THE) leading brand experience agency – they have an amazing inhouse team across creative and production – and a client services team that work at the highest level of partnership with their clients strategically and creatively. This role is working on a long standing and major automotive account – the breadth and creativity of the projects they work on for them within the ‘brand experience’ space is awesome – so if you’re excited by working with super talented people, and want to take your account management career to a seriously good place – then this could be it.
You’ll be joining the really creative, likeable and dynamic client services team on the agency’s most established and long term automotive client (major global brand). This is a great time to join as the agency are taking a much more strategic and creative role across the whole ‘experience’ piece for the client’s activities – with a move from the traditional event autoshow offering to a much broader range of consumer engagement activities – across live experience and digital. Using innovative emerging technologies mixed with the live experience elements that make so many of their projects unique and ground breaking. As Account Manager you’ll work from the front end development of client proposals, working closely with production and creative, take responsibility for projects from start to finish, with close client contact throughout.
As you can tell, I’m looking for a really bright and ‘agile’ Account Manager – tech savvy who really loves and understands the full ‘brand experience’ piece. This role is not simply about the client’s challenge of getting ‘bums on (car) seats’ – it is much more about how the consumer experiences the brand at every level and everywhere. You’ll be working with the agency’s own talented creative and production teams, as well as cross agency with specialist digital agencies for example – so a real understanding across both live event, and digital is key. Someone who can engage confidently with clients, and also can bring the most out of creative and technical production teams. You’re credible and likable. And smart.
As part of a larger CS team, while you’ll be given lots of ownership and responsibility, you’ll also be supported from above and below to develop and deliver really fantastic, innovative brand experience projects for the client.

While this role is specifically working on an automotive account, automotive experience is not essential (although it would be fantastic if you did have it) – but more important is a real understanding of the full ‘brand experience’ piece, excellent project management skills, an ability to deal with creative and production departments/suppliers – and great client communication skills.
