This is a fantastic opportunity for a hard-working team player with exceptional administration skills, who is passionate about event management. Newly created fixed term position to support the events team delivering their annual international conference (1,200 delegates – 4 day event - San Franciso). You’ll be responsible for the event admin of the event, including overseeing pre-event and onsite registration process, updating website, and sponsor liaison. You’ll be joining a small, hardworking, friendly and dedicated team. There will be plenty of opportunity to get involved in all elements of event management, including onsite responsibility for the registration desk. Some international travel will be required, and candidates must be available for the duration of July-August 2018.
