Great opportunity for an Internal Communications Manager or Internal Communications Executive to play a key role in the communications team of a high profile financial services firm. 

You will use your excellent communication skills both written and verbal to support staff engagement by instilling organisation brand values and organisational messaging.

The Role

Sat within the central communications team and working closely with the CEO Office the internal communications manager is a key member of the team responsible for advising and developing strategies to support internal communications and staff engagement through a ‘culture shift’. This role will support staff and build the company’s vision of being a great place to work, disseminate key messages and reinforce company values.

Day to day you will:

  • Support, deliver and contribute to internal communications and staff engagement strategies
  • Embed the brand internally
  • Support and coordinate annual employee engagement survey
  • Maintain and improve intranet platform
  • Build strong and production relationships across organisation
  • Contribute to regular reporting to senior management

About You

I’m looking for a corporate Internal Communications Manager or Internal Communications Executive who’s passionate about internal communications and engagement messaging.  You will have a proven background in supporting, developing and activating a range of internal communication programmes (don’t need FS background).  You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to use on brand tone of voice to enhance engagement.  Ideally would have CMS experience, preferably SharePoint and if possible Adobe creative suite.
