A hugely exciting opportunity for a Lead Business Analyst to join a highly profile financial services firm.

I’m looking for a high energy Senior Business Analyst who’s had experience defining business requirements ideally for outsourced provider. 

Leading a team of 3 (and growing) you will be required to lead and deliver a comprehensive stakeholder-supported set of high quality functional requirements for a large BPO.

The Role

The Functional Requirements Lead Business Analyst will report to the Director of Product & Solutions and sit within a new programme that will be looking and the requirements of the pension scheme in the next 15/20 years.  It will be central to the programme of work to help shape and implement the long-term sourcing approach eventually supporting the re-procurement of a large BPO contract and then helping to deliver that newly contracted solution.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support an initial review of functional requirements
  • Support work defining functional requirements
  • Manage team of functional business analysts
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders helping to build strategy and set direction for the product for many years to come.

About You

I’m looking for a highly credible, tenacious Lead Functional Business Analyst with excellent stakeholder management skills, who’s gained experience supporting front line business operations or business solutions within financial services.  Using your strong analysis and strategic thinking skills you will be able to help define a set of future requirements.  Ideally you would have gained experienced defining requirements to be delivered by a suppliers/off shore BPO contract.  Ideally, you’ll have a strong background in financial service regulation.  Using your excellent communication skills, you’ll be required to deal with Senior Directors and Trustees across the organisation.  This is a critical role – it will al low you to join at the beginning of the programme and help shape the future strategy of the organisation.
