One of the largest (and growing!) pension firms in the UK are at PIN (Prior information notice) stage with a huge procurement project and need a senior interim to help them get the OJEU documentation ready for 7-10 months (FTC).
This a unique company; a high profile financial services company who have been tasked with delivering a high profile, large workplace automatic enrolment pension scheme which millions have chosen as their scheme of choice. It continues to grow to unprecedented numbers and will become the largest in the UK, if not in Europe! It has millions of assets under management and a highly sophisticated, award winning investment strategy.
This is a lead role you within a team of 10 and accountable for writing the Selection Questionnaire for procurement. In this senior capacity you will form a panel of representing bodies, define the evaluation strategies including outcomes for the SQ, dialogue and contract award suitable for external publication. You will put together the vital statistics of all the considerations to enable the selection of the right tenders i.e. looking at financial health, delivery risk, experience in pensions, legal compliancy. You will set up the documents on how do to determine who goes through, and how to evaluate in an open and transparent way. Work out the balance of the percentages of price versus quality, look at delivery risk, approach to flexibility and innovation. Provide the Director of Commercial with advice on evaluation processes.
