Reporting to the Head of Service Delivery, the Incident and BCDR Manager will manage a broad set of functions – which include Scheme administration incidents, fund administration incidents, information security incidents, compliance incidents.
Typical duties will include.
I’m looking for an Incident Manager (BCDR) who has gained experience in an operational environment either within the pensions industry or within a financial services organisation. You would have gained experience dealing with outsourced providers (3rd party/BPO) at senior level. You will have gained experience of coordinating incident management across a range of disciplines and not be phased by the subsequent briefing of board level of incidents.
