Leading London membership association have an exciting permanent job vacancy for an experienced B2B Conference & Events Organiser (coordinator level)!
Well known medical association with a wide reaching membership base and strong presence within the sector. Stunning offices located bang in the middle of central London.
Reporting in to the Conference Manager, you will be part of a very small events team that organize a range of events for their members including 1-5 day conferences, seminars, training courses, focus groups, receptions and various evening functions, dinners etc... all of which are in the UK (mostly in London) for numbers of between 15 – 500pax. Your main responsibilities will be to plan and deliver a range of conferences and events for the association and to take on key aspects of the large and high profile flagship event they run each year.

Candidates wishing to apply need in the region of 2-4 years B2B conference and events experience ideally gained form working for a membership association although those from a commercial conferencing background will also be considered.
Excellent time management and organisational skills are essential and candidates must have exceptional attention to detail as well as good interpersonal and communication skills. A can-do attitude and a proactive and hardworking approach are very important and candidates should have strong IT, delegate registration and data-entry skills. A degree or diploma in Event Management would be advantageous (but not vital).
