Fantastic temp to perm opening with a dynamic Events & Promotional staffing agency for an experienced "Booker"!

Well established promotional & events staffing agency who work with an exciting portfolio of clients on a range of brand sampling and brand awareness campaigns.

Role
This is primarily an office based role which will see you booking and managing staff (Sampling Teams, Models, Leafleters, Hospitality Hostesses, Face Painters, Promotional Staff, Presenters, Compares, Costume Characters, Registration Staff, Exhibition Staff etc..) for a range of brand experiences and product sampling campaigns across the UK.
Other key responsibilities include:
• Booking, briefing, managing and mentoring promo & event staff
• Managing a number of projects simultaneously
• Producing planning, progress and status reports
• Brainstorming, creative input and writing of briefs
• Assisting on new business pitches and presentations
• Client Account management and relationship building
• Researching new ideas, clients and markets
• Mentoring other members of the booking team
• Budget control
• Helping with administrative tasks

Candidate
You'll be an energetic and enthusiastic "Booker" with an agency background and experience of booking and managing staff for promotional and product sampling campaigns.
You must enjoy a fast paced and high pressured work environment and be willing to work late and at weekends as and when required but in return you'll be working with an outgoing, friendly and close-knit team on exciting projects for an array of clients and well- known brands.
Other key candidate requirements include:
• Experience of booking and managing promo staff
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Budget management experience
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Good business acumen
• Proven ability to understand a brand and its objectives.
• Team player but also able to work with minimal direction
• Good knowledge across all media channels (inc social media)
