- EVENTS ADMINISTRATOR - 3 MTH CONTRACT

The Role
You will be providing administrative support to an events team for three months during a very busy period. Time management is particularly important as this role is very varied.
Duties will include:
Email and telephone correspondence
Marketing activities
Website administration
Some travel and attendance of events
Customer service duties
Preparing events materials
Reception Cover
Office support and general administration
About You
A minimum of 1 years events experience and 2 years experience in a busy office environment is required .
You will have excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills.
Eventsforce knowledge is an advantage but training can be provided.
You will preferably have experience using a website content management system.
The successful candidate will be well organised and ready to help out wherever required.
