Experiential Producer / Production Manager 4-6wk contract

Experiential agency is looking for a Producer / Production Manager with solid production and operations experience to join the team on a 4-6 week contract to work on some large scale and high spec sampling and brand event campaigns.

COMPANY
Central London based experiential agency with an amazing portfolio of clients and accounts across the FMCG and retail sectors who are winning new business on a regular basis and going from strength to strength!

THE ROLE
You will be part of the small “Production Team” who work closely with all other internal teams (creative, account handling and staffing) to deliver outstanding levels of production and operations across multiple projects for a wide variety of global brand and FMCG accounts.
You will be reponsible for handling all the production elements including the stage set, stock modular units, delivery & transportation, installation, rigging & build, on-site AV production, de-rig, performance elements, H&S, managing risk assessments, method statements, producing critical paths and project plans and some budget management.

THE CANDIDATE
You will need to have around 4 - 5 years’ experience of production and operations working within a fast-paced and creative agency on experiential events.

You’ll also have a good understanding of producing bespoke stands and stage sets to support experiential activities and B2C events and will be fully au fait with all the necessary production elements including delivery & transportation, installation, rigging & build, on-site AV production, de-rig, performance elements, H&S and managing risk assessments. Strong project management experience including critical paths and project plans is a must as is the ability to work across and with various agency teams and departments.

Technical AV knowledge (ability to spec up technical requirements and have knowledge of weight-loading etc..) is useful but not absolutely essential however being a hands-on, hard-working team player with a BIG sense of humour is!
