The Company
This not for profit organisation serve an international business community with members all over the world. They have a content driven events programme delivered by an experienced, friendly and focused events team. Their offices are based in a central area of London with great transport links and fantastic local amenities.
The Role
As Senior Events Executive you will plan and coordinate a portfolio of events that includes conferences, workshops and exhibitions. Your role will include:
·Site visits
·Budgeting and Forecasting
·Marketing and Print Production
·Sponsorship
·Onsite Logistics
·Organising Social Events
·Speaker Liaison
The Candidate
You are an organised, confident and enthusiastic events professional with international events experience. You have experience delivering events for a membership body such as an institute or association and are looking for a role that offers more responsibility, international travel and a busy portfolio of events. Strong budgeting and negotiation skills are essential, and a second language would be beneficial, though not essential.
