Ref. REC | £22K-£27K + OTE £30K-£45K in first year | Permanent

Our highly successful and busy, permanent events recruitment division are looking for a self motivated, passionate and engaging individual to join the team.

Regan & Dean are market leaders in our field, with clients ranging from large communications agencies and major corporates to smaller stand-alone event management, charities, sports and conference companies and associations. We supply all levels of events & communications people – from event co-ordinators to event mangers, senior agency account handlers, producers and directors – and everything in between.

We are NOT driven by KPI’s. Exceptional customer service first time, every time is what makes our business special. We trust our consultants to manage their own desks and believe in giving our people the tools they need to be successful. We have a friendly, open and supportive environment, where everyone is valued.

We're looking for a confident relationship builder who will enjoy working in a boutique style agency. You will have excellent communications skills, a resourceful approach, and strong commercial awareness.

This is a very hot desk so you will need to be super organised to ensure that you are providing a high level of service to your clients and candidates.

We are flexible about the level of person that comes into this role, as we are more interested in your approach, flexibility, drive and enthusiasm.
