This is a unique opportunity for an experienced PA who is looking for a more creative role.

The Company
This PA role is working for a London based communications agency who work with high profile brands.
They have a creative and supportive environment and provide their clients with creative and innovative services.

The Role
This Personal Assistant role is supporting a Director who oversees a department of 100 staff. As well as traditional PA and secretarial duties, you will support the project delivery of ad-hoc campaigns.

Your role will include:
• Proof reading and editing marketing materials
• Representing the director in their absence
• Briefing creative teams
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations
• Project coordination
• Processing expense claims and high volumes of invoices
• Diary management
• Minute taking and general administration
• Organising travel and accommodation
• Assisting in the development and implementation of company initiatives


About You
The successful candidate will be numerate, highly literate and proficient with Microsoft Office.
You will be polished and professional with a solid history as a Personal Assistant and have strong communication skills.
You will be able to use your initiative and work autonomously, and also act as a key point of contact for staff across the organisation.
PA experience within an agency is desirable but applicants with PA experience in a corporate or fast-paced background will also be considered.
