6 month contract - Event Production Manager – Award Winning Agency

A fantastic 6 month contract opportunity for an experienced Event Production Manager to work agency-side on large-scale exhibition programmes and live events for a range of high profile brands!

The Company
An award winning integrated agency based in London with an enviable portfolio of clients including drinks brands, retail, FMCG and automotive.

The Role
A primarily office based role that will mean you’ll be the key “lynch-pin” in the production related planning and delivery of a wide range of global exhibitions and large-scale live events.

You’ll be tasked with the smooth running of the logistics and production elements of international exhibition projects; ensuring that all freelancers and contractors are fully briefed and the key responsibilities of the role will include planning, scheduling, logistics, technical provision, crew arrangements and overall exhibition stand management (inlcuding storage, transportation, build, de-rig etc..)

About You
You’ll be a strong Event Production Manager with an agency background and extensive global exhibition programme and live events experience.
You’ll have excellent project management skills and be a real delivery ops & logs person with a solid understanding of audio-visual, power, bespoke constructions, etc

You’ll have strong negotiation and management skills, be logical, co-ordinated and able to manage and steer projects from pre-production to the point of delivery.
