EVENT MANAGER – FLUENT PORTUGUESE

This is a great opportunity for a Portuguese speaking Event Manager looking for an exciting role with international travel.

The Company
This Event Manager role is working for a successful corporate organisation who run events across the globe. They are based in Zone 1 of Central London, and have lots of restaurants, bars, and other businesses nearby.

The Role
As the Event Manager you will be responsible for planning, organising and delivering large scale events across Portuguese speaking regions. Your will include:
• Budget management and forecasting
• Venue sourcing and site visits
• Sourcing and managing suppliers
• Event logistics
• Delegate communications
• Booking flights, transport and accommodation
• Onsite event delivery

About You
To be considered for this role, you must speak Fluent Portuguese and English, and be able to demonstrate experience planning and delivering B2B events such as conferences, exhibitions, seminars, summits or congresses.

Sponsorship and visas can be provided if needed for working in the UK.

Candidates who are not currently based in the UK will also be considered.
