The Company
This Account Manager role is working for a medical communications agency based in West London. They have a very well established portfolio of clients, and due to growth and new business wins, they are looking for an additional person to join the team.

The Role
This is a client facing role where you will be responsible for the end to end project management of a variety of events. Most of the events take place in the UK but occasionally some may take place in other European cities. You will attend client meetings, take the initial brief and prepare proposals. You will also be responsible for costing and budgeting, and you will project manage the events from start to finish. Your role will include:
• Speaker liaison
• Delegate communications
• Venue sourcing
• Logistics
• Onsite event delivery

About You
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong project management skills and be able to demonstrate experience in a client facing role. You will have experience organising B2B events such as conferences and meetings, and you are able to manage events onsite.
You will be well presented with a strong work ethic and fantastic communication skills.
