The Company
This Events Executive role is working in the marketing and communications division of a financial services firm based in the City.

The Role
This is a 1 year contract covering maternity leave. As the Events Executive, you will be working as part of the events team who are responsible for planning and delivering client focused events. You will deliver conferences, summits, workshops and forums across the EU, and you will be responsible for a wide range of activities including:
• Delegate communication and registration
• Event logistics
• Onsite Event production
• International travel
• Producing copy for marketing campaigns
• Publishing event information
• Sourcing venues and selecting catering

About You
You are a polished and well presented individual with strong B2B events experience and good academics. You have experience planning and delivering conferences and meetings and are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You have strong IT skills, excellent communications skills and are confident working with senior clients.
