The Company
This Conference Organiser role is working within the events team of a London based not for profit organisation. They offer a fantastic benefits package which includes 30 days holiday, contributory pension scheme, child care vouchers, interest free travel loan and private health care.

The Role
The Conference Organiser works closely with stakeholders to plan and deliver the conference and events programme for this London based organisation. This is a varied conference organising role with responsibility for the production process, logistics and event marketing. Your role will include:
• Setting up meetings and establishing a production schedule for each event
• Being a key point of contact for speakers , chairs and other contributors
• Planning resources and developing conference programmes
• Finance management including budgeting and reconciliation
• Managing production of event and marketing collateral
• Sourcing venues and other suppliers
• Managing events onsite
• Post conference analysis

About You
The successful candidate will have a strong conference organising background, and experience or promoting conferences and events. You will have excellent marketing knowledge and your CV is a good reflection of your copywriting skills. You have strong project management skills, excellent attention to detail and good experience in engaging with and influencing people at all levels within business.
