Event Manager Marketing & Communications
The Company
This Event Manager role is working within the marketing and communications department of a unique and innovative London based organisation.
The Role
The role of events in this organisation is to support communications and engagement with a wide external audience. As the Event Manager you will plan, organise and deliver events for internal and external stakeholders. Events will include large scale conferences, UK roadshows, seminars and private dinners. Your role will include:
Coordinating steering groups
Budget forecasting and management
Development and monitoring of a project delivery plan
Supplier management
Venue souring and negotiation
Responsibility for all event registration
Delegate communications
Onsite event delivery and management
About You
The successful candidate will be a polished and well presented individual with experience delivering B2B events to a very high standard. You will have excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to take ownership of projects. You have a proven track record of successfully organising events in a budget conscious environment and have delivered both organisation-wide and smaller events.
