COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER - FINANCIAL

As communications manager of this new, high profile pension product, you will be responsible for communicating the scheme directly to employers to enable them to use the new scheme within their businesses. The Role
Very much a hands on role ensuring that employers can adapt their range of communication products and integrate them into their own communications to managers and staff. Be part of the team that work closely with all divisions across the organisation to understand, co-ordinate and deliver pension scheme communications to companies and their employees.

·Pension Communications Manager
·Communicating new scheme information to employers and employees
·Involvement in agreeing and delivering the communications approach
·Contribute to the communications elements of implementation
·Writing and creating collateral
·Brief internal teams
·Provide quality assurance ensuring communications are on brand
·Track and evaluate
·Liaise with Legal and Compliance teams
·Some face to face client meetings
Long term contract

The Candidate
You will have a good knowledge of pensions, be highly customer focussed, used to finding solutions and experience in planning, managing and delivering employee communications.

·Proven skills, written and oral, in employee comms and in communicating complex technical information to non-specialist audiences
·Ability to interpret and define complex technical information
·Strong commitment to delivering on time and to budget
·Good organisation skills and attention to detail
·Completer finisher
·Experienced in cross-channel communication programmes and interactive tools
·Comfortable working in a fast paced, deadline driven and regulated environment
·Team player, highly organised, delivery focused
·Good at negotiating and problem solving
·Strong stakeholder management skills
·Used to finding effective solutions to technical communications challenges
