The Role

Be responsible for the smooth running and successful account management for high profile charity client’s projects

·Account manager with good agency-side direct marketing experience
·Provide consistent client communications including creative feedback and day to day activities
·Gain client respect, be trusted to deliver
·Use market insights in creative briefs to make client recommendations
·Implement tactical marketing plans
·Develop creative briefs and brief the creative team
·Manage and sign-off artwork and copy
·Awareness of available technologies
·Ability to relay digital information to client
·Develop case studies
·Involvement in pitching
·Brief media agencies, suppliers and partners
·Financial management
·Team management – day to day management of the AE

The Candidate

You will have good agency-side dm print experience and be interested in working on charity accounts.

·Strong, clear communication skills
·Competent, impactful, motivated and inquisitive
·Pro-active, comfortable up-selling to clients
·Used to getting the right people to do the right job
·Excellent team manager and role model for junior staff
·Strong writing, listening and verbal communication skills
·Good attention to detail and time management
·Good relationship builder
·Budget management skills
·Good at prioritising
