EVENTS MANAGER – IN HOUSE FINANCIAL (Fixed term contact 8-10 months)

This is an exceptional opportunity to work as an Event Manager within a highly reputable financial company. You will be very self driven and have a proven track record of delivering high profile events such as sit down dinners, road shows, conferences and corporate hospitality events. You should be able to confidently liaise with directors and suppliers alike to deliver successful events that build on the organisations reputation.

The role:
-To manage and deliver all aspects of events as appropriate
-Work with internal clients to assess their event requirements
-Develop creative solutions and present design options to clients
-Ensure company brand guidelines are adhered to
-Prepare, track and manage project budgets
-Manage post production evaluation and analysis
-Attend events and assist team colleagues as required
-Ensure company brand guidelines are translated into all event solutions

You:
As Event Manager you will need to be polished, exceptionally well-presented and have substantial Event Management experience within the financial sector.
-Effective in developing creative ‘on brand’ event solutions
-Great communication skills and able to confidently converse with directors and senior colleagues
-Strong planning and management skills and able to process event administration
-Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
-Strong multi tasking abilities, as you may have to work on several projects at once
-Knowledge of how production agencies work
-Experience of managing production agencies & suppliers
-Proactive and energetic team player
-Previous experience in producing and delivering conferences, road shows, and tailor made corporate entertainment events is essential.
