Account Director – Events Agency

This award winning events and communications agency are looking for a talented and ambitious Account Director to join their team

The Company
This Account Director role is working for an events and communications agency who are specialists in creating brand experiences that truly engage with consumers. They have produced award-winning campaigns for FMCG clients, and are specialists in delivering large-scale events.

The Role
As Account Director you will engage with your portfolio of clients, building on existing relationships and creating a strong partnership. Your role will include:
· Brainstorming and identifying creative solutions
· Briefing the event production team
· Budgeting and forecasting
· Creating and monitoring project schedules
· Line management responsibility for an Account Manager and Account Exec
· Strategy and account development

The Candidate
You are a polished, confident and ambitious Account Director or Senior Account Manager with a passion for delivering events. You thrive in a client-facing role and have excellent problem solving skills. This role would be great for someone with a strong experiential or live events background. You are also able to demonstrate experience in the following areas:
· Account development
· Client relationship management
· Event production
· International event programmes
· Large scale events
· Managing budgets in excess of £250K
· Team management
