Hotel Booking Agent

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong hotel knowledge and excellent client relationship building skills to join an established and very successful event specialist agency.

The Company
This role is working from an office in West London that has fantastic transport links, and is easily accessible from central London and the West End. They offer competitive salaries and good benefits, and have a friendly and professional office environment.

The Role
As the Hotel Booking Agent you will be responsible for allocating hotel rooms for a range of clients for conferences. Full training will be given on the in-house booking system. Your role will include:
· Utilising your London hotel contacts
· Building relationships with clients
· Occasional international travel
· Negotiating rates and contracts
· Being the main point of contact for delegates
· Working with both onsite and remote teams

The Candidate
The successful candidate will have significant experience in an accommodation booking role or hotel booking from the hotels, conference or travel industry. You are a polished, well-presented and confident individual with a professional telephone manner and strong negotiation skills, and your CV clearly demonstrates the following:
· An agency background
· Hotel booking experience
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Outstanding admin skills
· Good IT skills
