Account Director / Project Director – MICE Agency

This is an interesting and varied Project Director role that will suit someone with strong leaderships skills, excellent client servicing skills and a background in delivering MICE events for a Pan-European audience.

The Company
This Project Director role is working for a very successful MICE agency in the M25 area, outside of London. The Role
As Project Director you will be the main point of contact for key clients. You will also be responsible for delivering a portfolio of conferences, incentives, meetings and events, as well as the day-to-day management of the wider project team. Your role will include:
· Full project management through the life of an event
· Delegate communications
· Supplier management
· Communicating project timelines
· Budget management across all events
· Managing a team of Project Managers and Project Executives
· Training and development of direct reports

The Candidate
The successful candidate will be a confident, charismatic and driven individual with significant client servicing experience in an agency environment. Strong project management skills are essential, and you must have experience delivering conferences and incentives across Europe.
