Senior Exhibition Coordinator

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Event Coordinator or Senior Event Coordinator who is looking for a challenging international events role.

The Company
This London based events company have a fantastic reputation for delivering innovative, high quality events, every time. You will be working as part of a close-knit team who are friendly, focused and are passionate about events

The Role
As the Senior Event Coordinator you will work as part of the events team to plan, organise and deliver a large-scale exhibition. Your role will include:
· Liaising with the finance team
· Managing the onsite exhibition office
· Producing floor plan drawings
· Researching and managing suppliers
· Supporting the onsite build
· Updating the exhibitor database

The Candidate
The successful candidate will be an Event Coordinator or Senior Event Coordinator with experience planning and organising large-scale events. Experience using AutoCad is preferable. You will also have:
· A good understanding of exhibition floor plans
· A professional telephone manner
· B2B events experience
· Excellent time management skills
· Good people skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Strong communication skills
· The ability to work under pressure
