EVENTS & TRAINING MANAGER - CREATIVE ASSOCIATION

This leading Association for the design world is looking for an experienced events professional to lead the development and delivery of their events programme - you'll be responsible for all aspects of their events programme, from content and format design to overall delivery, so you'll have a keen interest in the design world, and a proven background in events.

Role
- research, develop and implement an ongoing programme of stimulating events
- develop content and research, secure and brief speakers
- develop audience growth through marketing/promotional activities
- write promotional copy and oversee design of communications materials
- responsible for the logistical delivery of all events
- manage events administrator
- manage budgets

Candidate
- proven track record creating, managing and promoting events
- track record of creating and delivering events, from workshops, conferences, dinners, lectures
- experience of managing budgets against financial targets to ensure profitability of events
- excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
- adept at working with other organisations and sponsors
- experience of or genuine interest in the design industry
