EVENT MANAGER - COSTUME CHARACTER COMPANY
This leading costume character company is looking for an Event Manager to join their busy team. They work for major clients, from film companies and major high street names, to major sporting bodies, supplying live action mascots and characters. You'll be involved from organising auditions, to scheduling and managing the many live projects they are handling at any one time. This role would suit a fantastic organiser, who loves spinning plates! Experience of working within the theatrical world is beneficial as you'll be regularly dealing with actors/actresses.
ROLE
- Book event personnel and all logistical support
- Liaise with clients and ensure smooth running of all events
- Book Artistes and Road Managers
- Brief on-the-road teams
- Arrange all logistics, travel, accommodation
- Organise auditions and training for artistes
- Attend events as required
CANDIDATE
- Excellent organisational and administration skills
- Experience within a similar co-ordination/logistics role within events
- Event planning and logistics skills
- Experience of working with actors/dancers/theatre beneficial
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
