Reputable investment bank in the city is looking for an Event Manager to join its thriving team to help deliver quality events to internal and external audiences in UK and overseas.
ROLE
-Provide a creative solution through to excellent execution for each event
-Project managing the budgets to ensure measurable return on investment
-Managing all logistics for a range of events including: conferences, corporate hospitality, branded merchandise, bespoke client entertainment and roadshows.
-Team management of 3 Event Co-ordinators
-Supplier review, selection and relationship management
-Manage key business relationships
CANDIDATE
-Proven track record or events management within financial organisation
-Previous experience managing and developing a team
-Strong breadth and depth of variety of events in UK and overseas
-Excellent at developing working relationships with key clients
-Flexible approach to working long hours and weekends
