ACCOUNT MANAGER- LEADING AGENCY- HIGHLY CREATIVE – LONDON £35k

A highly innovative integrated agency that specialise in the development of marketing communication solutions for the youth market is looking for an entrepreneurial and passionate Account Manager to work across a number of exciting clients.
The Company
· Integrated agency that specialise in youth communications
· Cover insight and planning, PR, experiential, digital, SP and ATL – whatever best suited to the campaign!
· Specialists in networking media – Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, Blog, YouTube.
· Top blue chip FMCG clients
· Offer unique solutions to the youth market across the mix
The Role:
· Account Manager – integrated agency background – worked on experiential, SP and ideally have exposure to digital campaigns
· Planning with the Account Director to deliver the best results for the client
· Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with your clients
· Ensuring projects are managed on time and to budget
· You will be able to look beyond the brief, challenge it and push it to get the best results
· Work across a number of briefs and assist with new business pitches
· Develop an entrepreneurial streak that will see you look out for new business opportunities
The Person:
· Experienced integrated agency account manager
· Ambitious, enthusiastic – can do attitude and team spirited
· Understands youth markets – can speak their language
· Understands experiential, digital, print, guerilla and PR – and gets excited by different forms of communication – especially online and social networking
· Need to have excellent client relationship skills – gravitas with clients
· Excellent project management skills.
· Self-starter – good motivator
