EVENT MANAGER - TEAMBUILDING & INCENTIVE EVENTS
Fabulous opportunity to join this well-known provider of bespoke experiences! They're looking for an experienced Event Manager to grow their corporate offering - you'll be developing creative proposals across a range of activity and incentive ideas, delivering 'taster' days, and ensuring the professional delivery of the events themselves.
ROLE
- Manage and develop the company's corporate event offering
- Manage 1 x Co-ordinator
- Develop bespoke event packages for clients, from activity days, team building days to unique group experiences
- Work closely with sales team, clients, suppliers and product and marketing teams
- Grow department, seeing opportunities business can grow within client companies
- Take briefs from sales team and generate creative proposals
- Liaise with all suppliers, negotiate, manage
- Run Corporate 'taster' days
CANDIDATE
- Significant experience of developing and delivering corporate events, team building, incentives
- Event agency background
- Experience of developing creative event proposals
- Strong, proven budget and event management
- Excellent client facing account management skills
