EVENTS & COMMUNICATIONS - RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
£20-24k OTE £30-45k in 1st year
Our highly successful events recruitment team are looking for someone really special with events, creative industry or recruitment knowledge to add value to this extremely busy division.
Regan & Dean are market leaders in our field, with clients ranging from large communications agencies and major corporates to smaller stand-alone event management, charities, sports and conference companies. We supply all levels of events & communications people – from event co-ordinators to event mangers, senior agency account handlers and directors – and everything in between.
We're looking for a confident relationship builder to join our busy event recruitment team - ideally you'll have a recruitment background and experience of working for 'creative' clients - or you may be an events professional with an interest in building a career in recruitment. Above all you'll have a passion for people, and building great client relationships with a real interest in their business.
We are flexible about the level of person that comes into this role, as we are more interested in your approach, flexibility, drive and enthusiasm coupled with industry knowledge.
Whilst our approach is based on natural communication skills and resourceful marketing rather than hard sell, you will be required to actively source candidates and clients. We are a small, supportive company with plans for expansion.
