EVENT ASSISTANT - VENUE

Central London gallery is looking for an Event Assistant to join the team for a maternity contract. Working across a variety of events this role will be instrumental in managing guest lists and invites, liaising with suppliers and contractors and working with external venues. Alongside the events administration, you will be working on site at each event assisting with the setup and clear-out and managing the events alongside the Event Manager.

This role is heavily administrative and very busy so you do need to have solid events experience – preferably within a gallery or venue. It’s an exciting time to be joining the team and will be a great opportunity for someone who is available mid August to work within the arts world.
