EVENT EXECUTIVE – PART-TIME ONE YEAR

Leading membership organisation has created a new division to work as a support network for an increasing number of new business into London. Due to be launched this year – they are looking for an Event Executive to manage the events around this focus

ROLE
-Delivering a range of events including breakfast meetings, seminars, workshops, receptions and dinners in and around London
-Taking the event from concept to execution including venue searching and management, designing promotional activities, budget management, sourcing speakers and suppliers, pre-event logistics and administration.
-Developing marketing plans and literature for associated events
-Manage and update web events diary

CANDIDATE
-Strong track record managing B2B events from conception to completion
-Managing budgets
-Solid marketing understanding
-Team player, able to build strong working relationships
-Key negotiation skills
-Able to multitask with accurate attention to detail
