HEAD OF TRAINING & EVENTS - PROFESSIONAL BODY (maternity cover)

Leading professional body is looking for a senior training and events professional to lead their team developing and delivering their accreditation and events programme. You'll be responsible for the development, delivery and financial management of their professional training and events, and take a lead in the development of new business areas, and increasing delegate numbers. You'll be managing a team including a Course Administrator and Course Development Manager. This is a maternity cover for 6 months.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role, with strong training and conference background
- Experience of developing and marketing commercial e-learning programmes ideally within higher education
- Experience with City & Guilds (or similar) course development and delivery
- Experience of using on-line booking systems
- Budget, staff and business management experience
