PROJECT MANAGER – MEDICAL COMMS STARTING OCTOBER

Leading medical comms agency is looking for a Project Manager to cover a maternity leave from October based in either their London or Oxford office. Project Managers oversee the planning and management of all meetings and exhibitions from inception to completion

ROLE
-Venue sourcing and management
-Client management
-Managing the logistics for travel, catering and accommodation
-Delegate management and registration
-Liaison with sponsors and medical committees
-Exhibition management
-Generation and production of promotional materials and prospectuses
-Budget management

CANDIDATE
-Medical comms agency event experience
-Available from October for an initial 6 months
-International events management
-Strong client facer with excellent communication skills
