Project Director - PCO Agency (Events)
Are you an experienced Event Project Director looking for a great new opportunity? Deliver large, logistically complex events, develop client relationships, and mentor and grow your team... if that ticks your career boxes, then this Hampshire-based agency has the opportunity for you....
They're looking for a senior event professional to join their successful team, and mentor and develop its junior members. As Project Director you'll be responsible for the development of client relationships, and have overall responsibility for the delivery of client events from initial proposal through to final reconciliation. The events are substantial, and include large congresses for 2,000+ people.
The successful candidate's experience would include:
- Substantial event management experience, ideally from an agency
- Proven experience of delivering large complex events
- Team management experience and leadership skills
- Ability to think strategically
- Management of large budgets
- Excellent communication and client relationship building skills
