EVENT MANAGER - INVESTMENT BANK

Leading investment bank is looking for an internationally experienced Corporate Event Manager with line management experience to join their team, responsible for recommending and delivering a creative events programme (internal and external), that conveys their core brand values, and is delivered to the highest level of quality.

Events include internal and external conferences, client conferences, offsites, corporate memberships and hospitality, tailor-made client entertainment events, and roadshows.

As Event Manager your key responsibilities will be:
- advising on and delivering a programme of conferences and events aligned with corporate communications and firm wide strategies
- exceptional creation and execution of wide range of international events
- manage a team of up to 3 Event Co-ordinators and ensuring their development.

The successful candidate must have:
- a proven track record of working within an events team at a comparable financial institution
- proven experience of managing a small team and working with senior levels of management
- excellent logistics/event planning skills and knowledge across full range of events
- EMEA or European experience essential
- excellent communication skills, calm, patient and flexible under pressure
