EVENT PLANNER - INVESTMENT BANK

Leading investment bank is looking for an internationally experienced Event Planner to join their team. Excellent opportunity to join a fast paced and exciting events environment, working internationally.

The events are international and high level, where attention to detail and high level event knowledge and planning ability, as well as excellent stakeholder liaison skills are key. It's the busy and demanding environment you'd expect of a leading investment bank, so requires someone used to working in such a fast paced environment. You'll work across the full range of corporate events, from conferences to client entertainment events - managing your own projects and assisting on elements of large projects with other members of the team, so you must be able to deliver full end to end event management, but also be comfortable working on the individual elements of delegate management, speaker liaison etc.

The successful candidate must have:
- strong track record of delivering range of corporate events (from conferences to client events)
- excellent logistics/event planning skills and knowledge
- experience of working within a comparable financial institution is highly favoured
- EMEA or European experience essential
- European languages highly desirable
- excellent communication skills, calm, patient and flexible under pressure
- good venue and supplier knowledge
