Excellent opportunity for an HR Manager to join this leading live events agency!
This is a new role within this small and busy team for a generalist HR Manager reporting into the Human Resource Director. Your main duties will include:
· Employment issues – dealing with grievances, disciplinary, redundancy, maternity/paternity
· Recruitment – develop job specs, liaise with agencies, managing response, interviewing
· Payroll – communicate with payroll, manage salary reviews
· Training and Development – working with HRD to develop programmes, roll out training, coordinate induction activities with relevant departments
· Manage the overspill of work from the HRD and assist on a day to day basis
You will need to be an experienced HR professional, with extensive employment law knowledge, CIPD qualified, if you have creative agency experience this would be a bonus, but not essential. You will need to be pro-active, have a can do attitude, self-motivated, efficient and able to work in a fast paced environment.
