DEPUTY HEAD OF EVENTS - CORPORATE (Financial)

Leading financial corporate is looking for an exceptional senior events professional to join their team. As Deputy Head of Events you'll be involved hands-on with delivering the full range of corporate events, inspiring and mentoring your team of Event Managers as they deliver their own events, and supporting the Head of Events, deputising as required. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership and stakeholder management abilities, enjoy the hands-on aspect of events, and will be looking to develop their skills to take a Head of Events role in due course.

The benchmark for this role is high, the ideal candidate will have a corporate and agency mixed background, and be able to demonstrate the following skills/experience:
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Breadth of event delivery experience across full range of corporate events
- Resource management and financial reporting
- Inspirational, and passionate about the value of events
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Creative and strategic approach to event design/content
- Excellent production and logistics understanding and proven experience
- Corporate or agency background, or ideally mixed
- Excellent interpersonal skills
