Retail Space Sales Executive

Use your retail sales experience within this highly successful regional retail space team of five. Although a sales role you will also work closely with prospective clients looking to set up within the retail centre. This is a highly sought after prospect for many retailers, it will be part of your remit to ensure the correct calibre of their offering is continued.

The Company:

Multi national high profile retail company that provide a unique retail, leisure and restaurant experience.

The Role:
· 60% sales 40% account management
· Selling space within space and dealing with transactional enquiries
· Work with possible new retailers enabling the best use of space, design, discuss price points etc
· Deliver financial reporting, budgeting debt management etc
· Involvement in the marketing and promotional events and material of new sites

The Person:

· You will have a background in retail or have worked closely with retailers, selling space and following through to completion
· May have worked with franchisers, assisting in the setting up in various retail stores
· An understanding of how a shop is put together, looking at design, concepts, drawings etc with the idea of spotting missing elements and advising accordingly
· You will be numbers driven, enjoy the sales process, be used to being measured by revenue and working to targets
· Ideally have an understanding of the mall retail site approval process
· Have a passion for working with high profile, high calibre retailers
