MEETINGS & EVENTS TEAM LEADER - AGENCY
Are you an experienced venue consultant looking to take the next step up and lead a team? This leading Travel Management Company is looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join their busy Meetings & Events team, working on prestigious corporate accounts.
As Team Leader you'll lead a team of consultants working on major client accounts - fulfilling their varied meeting and event's requirements - from a meeting for 10 delegates in a country house, to 1,000 delegates attending an AGM. You'll ensure all enquiries are carried out to agreed time scales, and that they meet the brief, distributing enquiries within the team, and supporting your team as required. You'll lead your team meetings, and work closely with the Meetings and Event Team Manager on new bids and client visits.
You'll have a strong venue knowledge, excellent communication skills, and good knowledge of event management. Accomplished and confident negotiator, excellent leadership skills, highly organised, and experience of dealing with corporate clients. You must have excellent existing venue and event management knowledge to be considered for this role.
