- OUTDOOR EVENT PRODUCER - EXPERIENTIAL AGENCY

Leading experiential agency based in central London is looking for an established Producer to run the day-to-day activity for one of its major clients on outdoor events. This is a contract starting in March for 6 months
ROLE
-Manage sound, lighting and all 3rd party contractors
-Oversee all artist liaisons and runners
-Book and manage travel and accommodation for crew and artists
-Create and manage production schedules and call sheets
-Manage creative execution, entertainment, ticketing and venue
CANDIDATE
-In depth knowledge and experience at Producer level
-Background producing outdoor events and managing technical crews
-Strong logistics planning skills
-Health and Safety understanding
-Available for 6 months starting in March
