HEAD OF NEW MEDIA – LONDON – C.£40-50K

Exciting new opportunity for a digital specialist to join leading global B2B information company. Your remit is to develop and manage digital media initiatives that will support their event marketing and learning programmes across a range of sectors.

The Company:
· Leading global business information and training company
· Market leaders in conferences and direct marketing
· Deliver conferences, seminars, e-Learning, blended solutions, training exhibitions, consulting and mentoring.
· Great Central London Location

The Role:
· New created post of Head of New Media to lead their digital marketing
· Assess their online media requirements and identify ways of strengthening their online marketing strategies
· Research, develop and implement emerging technologies to increase revenue, brand awareness and improve customer experience
· Support marketing teams with online campaigns in the marketing of events and learning products
· Reporting to the MD and Director of Marketing
· Research and develop their use of virtual conferences


The Person:
· Strong social media, online marketing and media marketing knowledge, ideally within a B2B environment
· Understanding and passionate about social media and search engine sites
· Knowledge and experience of best practise of SEO
· Good communicator – verbal and written
· Project management skills, ability to bring in projects on time and within budget
· Strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to work across a variety of divisions and sectors.
· Confident, positive personality
