ROLE
-Working on major client account
-Leading across a range of projects including communications initiatives, exhibitions, installations, events, digital projects and others
-Working closely with design, production and account teams
-Developing project proposals, writing compelling project briefs and presentations
-Briefing and managing all internal teams ensuring schedules are kept to and projects completed in time and on budget
-Fostering 3rd party relationships with suppliers and contractors
-Strong client relationship management
-Managing Project Managers and Project Executives

CANDIDATE
-Experienced to manage responsibility of £multimillion pitches and projects
-Strong project management experience ideally within agency environment
-Strong exhibition delivery background
-Energy sector experience a real plus
-Strong communication skills working with internal teams and clients
-Proven financial management skills and able to work with large budgets
-Able to work in a large team and make an impact
-role involves lots of international travel up to a week at a time – so flexibility is key
