PROJECT MANAGER - SPORTING EVENTS (VENUES)
Great opportunity for an experienced event project manager to work on this major multi-day multi-venue sporting competition. It's an annual UK event, and your role will be to manage the sports venues - ensuring each seamlessly operates as host to the competition.
As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for all planning for venue infrastructure and branding for the event, so a background working operationally on similar sporting events is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will bring:
- Experience of working on infrastructure requirements of competitive sporting events
- Experience of venue management
- Good understanding health & safety
- Good understanding of production and logistical event requirements
- Knowledge of sporting competition requirements - technology, timing, overlay
- Good production/stage management understanding
